When it comes to fitness and nutrition, I know first-hand that it’s never a straight line. It’s a journey filled with highs, lows, wins, lessons, and a fair few mistakes. I’ve lived it – for over a decade.

For the last 10 years, I’ve competed as an elite athlete in boxing – a sport where managing your weight isn’t just part of the game, it is the game. Competing across the world – from the USA to Sweden, Ireland, Wales, and across the UK – I’ve had to make weight time and time again, often under pressure and on the clock.

That kind of experience teaches you a lot. Not just about discipline and routine, but about what really works. What’s sustainable. What’s smart. What’s not. And sometimes – what can break you if you’re not careful.

I’ve learned a huge amount by trial and error – and yes, by getting things wrong so you don’t have to. Over the years, I’ve refined the way I train, eat, recover, and think about my body. I’ve turned hard-earned lessons into something valuable. And now, through my plans here, I get to share that with you.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, leaner, fitter, more confident – or simply to feel more in control of your health – my approach is built on real experience. I’m not about gimmicks or short-term fixes. I believe in tried, tested, and tailored plans that get results and fit into your life – not the other way round.

As a qualified England Boxing Performance Coach, I work with athletes from grassroots all the way to national level. But you don’t need to be a fighter to benefit from my coaching. My plans are designed for real people, with real goals – whatever your starting point.

What sets me apart isn’t just my credentials or the titles I’ve won – it’s that I get it. I’ve been through the grind. I know what it feels like when motivation dips, when the scales don’t budge, when your routine’s all over the place. And I also know what it feels like to come through the other side – fitter, sharper, stronger, and more confident.
